DelftEscape collects your personal data because you have made use of our services and/or because you provided us with these data. Underneath you will find summation of the personal data we manage:

Ethnicity (on account of the souvenir photograph)
Data of persons younger than 16 years
Our website and/or service does not intentionally collect data of website visitors younger than 16 years, unless with permission of parents or guardians. DelftEscape collects your personal data for the following aims:

It concerns decisions that are made by computer software of – systems, without the involvement of humans (for example a DelftEscape employee). Customer appointments: name, address and bank account number will be collected to complete the reservation
iDeal payment provider: data concerning the transaction will be registered during the payment
Facebook: team photos will be posted on Facebook unless no permission is given
How long do we keep data?
DelftEscape will not keep your data longer than necessary and maximally 7 years.

DelftEscape will share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for performing the agreed services and to execute our legal responsibilities. We have a data management agreement with commercial third parties that manage your data on our behalf. DelftEscape remains responsible for the administration.

Viewing, changing or removing your data
You have the right to view, change or remove your collected personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to object to or revoke the permission to collect and/or manage your data and you have the right of data transfer. You can request us to send a computer file containing your data to a different organisation of your choice. You can send a request to view, change, remove or transfer your personal data, a revocation of permission to manage your data, or an objection against managing your data to info@delftescape.nl. To ensure that the request to view our data was submitted by you, we request you include a copy of your proof of identity. In the copy, please redact the photo, machine-readable zone, passport/ID card number and other personal numbers to protect your privacy. We will react to your request as soon as practicable, but not longer than 14 days.
